No automatic standalone stair or elevator surcharge applies. They can affect the time needed for the move.

Yes. The crew may help pack remaining belongings. Packing time is billable and materials are charged when used.
How are arrival times scheduled?+
Moves use a one hour arrival window because earlier jobs and road conditions can affect timing.
What about very heavy items?+
Items around 250 pounds or heavier, plus safes, pianos, hot tubs, and unusual equipment, must be reviewed before a surcharge is confirmed.
